Meet The Chef

"Meet The Chef" is an event organized by OpenRice along with Central Park Mall and Local Taste ID. Openrice cooperate with Hog's Breath Cafe and VMAD for featuring live cooking demo. Hog's Breath Café itself is a restaurant franchise that originated from Australia, specialties menu is grilled meats, seafood, pasta and much more. Choice of meat mostly used are imported meat. Finally, Hog's Breath Cafe is opening their first store in Indonesia, located at Central Park Mall.

First, Chef Anto from Hog's Breath Cafe demonstrating how to cook Aussie Cheese Burger ( 89 K ) and Prime Ribs Steak Sandwich ( 149 K ). Hog's Breath Cafe also provides two fresh drinks, they are Mojito non-alcohol ( 40 K ) and mixed strawberry smoothies ( 38 K ). Price range for food is start from 60 K. Prime Ribs Steak Sandwich is really recommended to try, it was so delicious. Mojito is so fresh and suitable to accompany your lunch.

Second, VMAD is specifically for the vegetarian restaurant is located in Sarinah and Sunter, Jakarta.
In the second chance 'cooking demos', VMAD presents two menu choices are Hakkabakka Noodles ( 49 K ) and Martabak Cyelon ( 29 K ). Their taste was so good , i have no idea if the vegetarian food can be tasty as it is and it's more healthier .

Jamaican Cooler is made of milk, cashew nut, vanilla ice cream and mocha syrup. The flavor of cashew nut is very unique. The second drink is Green Fantasy is made of pineapple, lime, and green vegetables. I like Green Fantasy than Jamaican Cooler, the taste is so fresh and makes you want to drink more.
